Jodie began her pharmacy journey at St. John’s University, earning her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) in 2011. While pursuing her degree, she worked at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital as a pharmacy technician. As her clinical training advanced, she progressed through the roles of intern, pharmacist, and ultimately clinical and supervising pharmacist. During this time, she gained valuable experience in patient care, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
In 2015, Jodie joined Long Term Solutions, where she played a pivotal role in optimizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to improve care delivery and reduce costs. Over the years, she steadily expanded her responsibilities, eventually managing operations across the New York City and Long Island territories.
In 2025, following the retirement of the company’s founder, Jodie was appointed President and CEO of Long Term Solutions. Her leadership is grounded in practical expertise, strategic vision, and a deep commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care.
Today, Jodie is proud to lead Long Term Solutions into its next chapter, continuing its mission of delivering high-quality pharmacy consulting services to long-term care and rehabilitative healthcare providers.

Lisa Venditti is a graduate of St. John’s University and is a New York State Registered Pharmacist. After working in the long term care industry as both a provider and consultant pharmacist for many years, Lisa founded Long Term Solutions Pharmaceutical Consultants in 1994.
Lisa not only leads Long Term Solutions, but is a leader within the Consultant Pharmacy industry. She is a Fellow of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists and has served as a member of the Editorial Review Board for The Consultant Pharmacist Journal. She is published in the Journal of the American Geriatric Society, is a recognized national Educational Speaker and Consultant on Geriatric Pharmacy, and has worked with leaders in the pharmaceutical industry including: Forest Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, Glaxo Smith Klein, Centocor Ortho-Biotech, Boehringer Ingelheim, Avanir, Optimer and Cubist Pharmaceuticals.
Lisa has taken a hands-on approach as President and CEO of Long Term Solutions. She is committed to providing the highest standard in Consultant Pharmacy services to all of her clients.
